Final Preparation at Sandbox: Iron Sharpens Iron

With Mini Olympics just days away, Hunter Racing MX hit the track at Sandbox for one final training session. This wasn’t just another practice day—it was a crucial opportunity for our riders to fine-tune their preparation and push each other to new levels.

Will Canaguier Breaking In His Race Bike

William Canaguier (#95) spent the day breaking in his race bike for Mini Olympics, getting crucial seat time and dialing in his setup. With his successful Pro Am debut at KROC still fresh and his 2nd overall podium finish at Loretta Lynn’s this season, Will knows what it takes to perform at the highest level. This final preparation session was about ensuring everything is dialed in when gate drops at Gatorback Cycle Park.

Trinnytie Batchelor’s Final Training Laps

Trinnytie Batchelor (#48) put in his final training laps before Mini Olympics, pushing hard and testing his limits. Coming off his KROC Ironman Classic victory and consistent podium finishes throughout 2025, Trinn understands that preparation is everything. These final laps weren’t just about speed—they were about building confidence and ensuring he’s ready to compete at the highest level.

“Iron sharpens Iron.”

You can’t ask for better than training against someone with similar to equal skill on the highest level tracks in the country. When championship-caliber riders push each other day in and day out, everyone gets better. That’s what makes this team special—the competition doesn’t stop when practice ends. It elevates everyone.

Will and Trinn pushing each other at Sandbox isn’t just training—it’s preparation for battle. When you’re racing against riders who have podium finishes at Loretta Lynn’s, RCSX, World Mini, and Freestone, you’re not just getting faster. You’re getting smarter, tougher, and more prepared.

Looking Ahead to Mini Olympics

This training session at Sandbox represents the final preparation before Mini Olympics. With all three Hunter Racing MX riders set to compete together for the first time at Gatorback Cycle Park, every lap matters. Every session counts. And when you’re training against riders who have proven they can win at the highest levels, you’re not just preparing—you’re sharpening the blade.

Gate drops November 22nd. The work is done. Now it’s time to race.
